Yes its Sunday. It’s ALSO CHRISTMAS EVE, and we just finished watching another football game with our home team, the Titans. We watched them snatch defeat from the jaws of victory once again.
They stalled out. They choked. They made so many mistakes, they had to step over them when they were trying to leave the field.
The greatest part is that we, as a city and a state have agreed to finance a brand new, domed stadium for them. it will be a doozy. An expensive doozy. We can host a Super-bowl, even if we can never get to play in one.
Anyway, we are getting ready for company on Christmas Day, and while that is going on, we are having friends drop in, bringing presents, and PJ is delivering presents, too. its a great time of year, also with the house full of cooking smells, I am staying hungry.
I am still quite busy with my primary job, helping for-sale-by-owners by putting their houses in the multiple listing service.
i didn’t intend to do real estate work today but had a great offer I had to work with, because you know the old phrase, time is of the essence.
I also intended to write my ration of one thousand words today. I write for medium.com and I operate six or eight blogs and five newsletters I was hopping to put dents in. one of these days I will list them out for you
Some of my newsletters I am creating will be by paid-subscription, so I can make a smidge of money. This website is my hub, my central area where i will always write for free. I would ask you to consider subscribing to this site/newsletter, because it will not only keep you in the loop about my new books, but publishers always ask me how many subscription readers i have, so please subscribe here!
