It has been a strange day today.  A customer just decided not to meet me at our appointment in a small town about 30 miles away.  Another customer told me on the phone, “I don’t want to hear all that old ‘customer service’ crap.  I just want you to do what I am telling you.”

At the moment it is late in the afternoon, and I have a pile more work to get out today.  I am also trying to fight with and update this website, not knowing what I am doing.  And Lazy Me, I would rather just work on Chapter Seven.  It needs to be done also, and it won’t argue with me.
